🛑 Strict Return & Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

Due to the high-value and sensitive nature of graded collectibles, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, with one sole exception.

The ONLY exception is if the item arrives damaged during transit. To be eligible for a refund review in this scenario, you MUST provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof.

Your unboxing video must clearly include ALL of the following:

1. Date & Tracking: A clear shot of the original shipping label, tracking number, and proof of the unboxing date.

2. Sealed Package Condition: A 360-degree view of all sides of the shipping box before opening it, proving the package has not been tampered with or previously opened.

3. The Unboxing Process: The complete, uninterrupted process of cutting open the box and taking the card out of the packaging.

4. Damage Verification: A clear, well-lit close-up shot (angling the card against the light to show reflections) detailing the exact damage to the graded slab or card.

Once we receive and verify that the video meets all the criteria above, we will promptly process your refund. Failure to provide an unboxing video, or providing a video that does not meet these exact requirements, will result in an automatic rejection of any return or refund request.
